Prices and currency

The cost of shipping is specified at the time of the order by specifying the country and type of shipping.

For orders shipped to Italy, a receipt is issued.

Shipping methods

Shipments to Italy, San Marino and Vatican City are made by Poste Italiane or BRT courier.

For all other territories, deliveries are made with BRT or FedEx in DAP form «Delivery at Place», CIEFFE srl is responsible for the supply of the goods, including transport costs to the place of destination at the buyer's premises. The costs for carrying out all the necessary import formalities are expressly excluded. These costs are borne by the purchaser - i.e. the recipient - who therefore must pay all costs relating to importation into the country of destination.

LAMPADEALLE.IT does not deliver to post office boxes (P.O. Boxes).

Parcels for all destinations are always accompanied by a receipt or invoice.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days and must be sent to:

For a faster process, please send an email to info@lampadealled.it, specifying the reason for the return, scanning the receipt and indicating your bank details for orders placed by bank transfer and cash on delivery.

Orders received with other payment methods will be refunded in the same payment method

Payments

Credit card, At the time of purchase, customers enter their credit card details in the paypal system

Bank transfer, By choosing payment by bank transfer, at the conclusion of the order the customer automatically receives a confirmation email containing the bank details of CIEFFE srl, following which the goods are set aside awaiting the arrival of the transfer to the account . The customer is required to send a copy of the payment via e-mail within 48 hours of receiving the order confirmation. If within this period LAMPADEALLED.IT does not receive the copy of the payment, it will cancel the order. We will ship the order when the transfer has reached our bank account.

Paypal, By choosing the Paypal payment method, the customer can pay directly through his Paypal account. LAMPADEALLED.IT reserves the right to ship the goods only to the address indicated on the account verified by Paypal.

Cash on delivery, Cash on delivery involves an additional expense. Have the exact amount to hand to pay for your order. It is not possible to pay your order with a debit card but only in cash. When entering the data for the shipment, be careful to add the correct street number and the name on the intercom. Also add other details that may help the courier (staircase, interior, etc.).
